Todd R. is a 29 year old male who has hired you to help him improve his cardiorespiratory fitness. From his initial assessments you learn that Todd stayed fit for much of his life by playing soccer as a youth and all the way through college. After earning his computer science degree at age 21 and was immediately hired full-time by a large tech company. He finds his job rewarding, but his work involves sitting for long periods of time throughout the day. He is in good health with no major risk factors but has gained 12 lbs since starting his career and notices that he doesn’t climb a flight of stairs as effortlessly as he used to.

On your first meeting you have him complete the Mile Walk Test and you gather this data:
