Section 2: Practicum Professional Development Objectives

I am interested in pursuing a nursing career, probably in a leadership position in a treatment environment where I am not only concerned with interpreting medical policy but also framing new policy based on existing problems within the treatment environment Practicum Professional Experience Plan Paper.
