Create a portfolio for our capstone project

So we are to create a portfolio for our capstone project . You are to write #4-philosophy of nursing paper (there’s a rubric attached , so just follow the guidelines for that ) . And you are to write #5 Reflection of personal achievement of BSN Program Outcomes . I will attach the 7 program outcomes to refer to . Assignment #5 does state that you need to refer to coursework but I will fill that in . Just write the paper in a way where I can fill in the names of the assignments that relate to each outcome later . So for instance an outcome is safety . For example , You can just write safety in nursing is important .
